Practice your spontaneity while exploring watercolor techniques and storytelling. Available for all ages at the Winnie Bell Maker Space in Youth Nonfiction. This program is made possible with support from the Winnie Belle Learned Fund and it is open to all ages!
Kits can be found on a cart to the left of the main circulation desk and are available while supplies last. Instructions will be included in each kit. 1 kit per family please.
