Ongoing Programs for Ages 0-5
- Thursday Story Times: Experience picture book stories, songs, puppets, and rhymes, and explore some sign language and math concepts.
- Wednesday Play Times: Read one story together and play! We have giant blocks and other creative play materials. Recommended for families with children ages 1-4. Siblings are welcome.
- Music Time: Sing and dance with musician Linda Bassick, generally on the first Friday of every month.
- Spanish Story Time: Hola amigos! Bring your toddlers to listen to stories and learn some Spanish words on the 3rd Friday of every month.
- Kingston's Autism Swagger SquadTM: Caregivers of children with autism and other disabilities are invited to connect and share support. While caregivers share experiences, children can explore and play with giant foam blocks, hoops, and other toys in a welcoming and safe environment. This program is facilitated by Kingston's Autism Swagger Squad, a group created by and for families and their children who have autism and it is offered on the second Satuday of every month.
- Read and Play: Looking for a weekend story time in a relaxed setting? Attend this program where we read picture books, sing and free play with creative materials! Best for ages 0-5. This program is offered on the fourth Saturday of every month.
Regularly scheduled programs start in September or October and run through mid-May; we pause our regularly scheduled programs to accommodate family vacations during school breaks.
